There are not enough words to describe how fantastic our experience was with Jeanie! As this was our first ever home purchase we did not know a thing about the home buying process and Jeanie made everything so easy, worry-free, and enjoyable!

My husband (then fiancé) and I were planning a wedding and as stressful as it was already with wedding details we were also on the market to purchase our first home together. We started house shopping and even looked at a few open houses without committing to a realtor yet. Soon after Jeannie reached out to me via social media and I knew immediately we needed to work with her. I loved her communication style and she understood our urgency to start looking right away. She sent us a quick survey to learn more about us and what we were looking for in our future home. Jeanie was also proactive with us by working with us and soon after we got pre-approved, she sat in with us for the whole pre approval process and making sure we understood each financial term. My husband is a first time home owner so it was important that he understand the whole process.

We started house shopping in January of this year and with it being a hot seller’s market it became very discouraging, to top it off with little to no inventory in the dead of winter. But she listened and played realtor (sometimes therapist to me especially) and reminded us that the perfect home is out there for us. Jeanie always kept us at top of mind and sent us listings often if not daily. Most importantly she knew and understood the areas we were particularly looking to live in. There was never a time or day that she was not available to show us a home, with our work schedules she knew that 7-7:30 pm were always the best times and always made it work to show us a home(s) we were interested in. I was especially shocked by her dedication, I could send her a text at midnight and get a response back!

Our wedding approached and we made an offer on a home while shopping at Costco one evening. Jeanie knew and understood our terms and offered a strategy that may help with our offer. Within 24 hours our offer was accepted! Little did we know that we would be Jeanie’s very first clients and this would be her first closing! She’s so on top of her game and is so knowledgeable you would have thought she’d been selling homes forever! We love Jeanie so much so much it would only be fitting she was a guest at our wedding so we extended her a late invite, Jeanie attended our wedding on 5/4 and we closed on our very first home together as husband and wife on 5/31.

As I reflect back, Jeanie made our home buying process as easy as possible and stood by our sides to make sure all our needs were met. Our first home purchase would not have been possible without Jeanie and we both highly recommend her for your future home purchase and/or listing!
